Recently, Burt partnered with Dutch master builder Janjaap Dekker, located in the San Francisco Bay area of CA. Janjaap is a master builder, professional photographer, and carpenter with 25 years experience.
After you have communicated your design vision with Burt, Janjaap will visit your site, take the exact measurements for your design installation and produce subdrawings to send to master craftsman Burt Aarsen. Burt will artistically craft your project and ship it to Janjaap for installation.

If you live elsewhere in the continental U.S., you can still get custom designed deck railings and stair railings shipped to you for installation by your own contractor. Using photos either from this website or provided by you or your architect, Burt can custom design stair and deck railings and ship them to you.
